We accept most medical insurance plans, eyewear and vision plans, and other commercial health plans. If your plan is not listed, please call our office at 978-452-2100, as we are continually adding new insurance providers.
Some insurance plans require a referral from your primary care physician (PCP) for certain visits to be covered. Please ensure that your insurance information is up-to-date and that you are eligible for coverage. Insurance plans vary and may cover some or all of your office visit or surgery. Patients are responsible for any deductibles, co-insurance, and non-covered services. Co-pays are due at the time of your visit.
For your convenience, you can text us a clear photo of the front and back of your insurance card at 978-452-2100. Rest assured, images sent via text do not remain stored in our system.
